Ground Improvement Technology "Eco Geo Method"

The strength of finely crushed natural stone with new technology! It will maintain its strength over the long term.

The "Eco-GEO Method" is a ground improvement technology that uses only crushed natural materials. No waste is generated during construction, and compared to cement and steel, it significantly reduces CO2 emissions. Additionally, curing time, water, post-testing, and pile head treatment are not required. Therefore, foundation work can begin immediately after construction is completed. 【Features】 ■ Obtained building technology performance certification ■ Shorter design length and more economical compared to conventional methods ■ Zero waste and zero leftover soil ■ No need for curing, water, post-testing, or pile head treatment *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Introduction to the ground improvement technology "Super Multi-Point Injection Method"

Achieving rapid construction through low-speed infiltration and simultaneous multi-point injection.

Our company employs a technology called "Ultra-Multi-Point Injection Method," which allows for simultaneous injection from multiple injection points using low-output pumps, enabling rapid construction. By arranging a large number of injection nozzles, ranging from dozens to hundreds, in a three-dimensional manner within the ground, and injecting at pressures and flow rates suitable for each point, we achieve ideal permeation injection and high construction efficiency. 【Features】 - Construction is possible near and directly beneath existing structures. - Although the injection speed per pump is low (1 to 6 liters per minute), rapid construction is achievable through multi-point simultaneous injection (32 connections). - A modular dedicated system allows for construction in narrow spaces. - Individual pumps are mechanically and automatically controlled according to the injection pressure. - Flexible injection pipes are consolidated to limit the occupied area. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
